a decent hotel stay
cute staff big terrace close coffee poor insulation non-working ac sauna temperature
the staff are real cute they always on hand to help which i think is neat. the sun terrace is big plenty of sunbeds there too. a short walk gets you into the town center also coffee shops are real close.
noise insulation i felt was poor people talking kept waking me up. the ac was not working and i asked for repairs. i feel like i was in a sauna because it was so hot in there

poor insulation relentless mosquitoes
The breakfast buffet was comprehensive (a wide array of options). The room featured a nice balcony.
I was disappointed with the noise insulation. I could hear doors slamming and people talking at all hours. The air conditioning did not work despite reporting it. I was like I was in a sauna at night and the mosquitoes were relentless. I don't think I would return.

The breakfast included a really good buffet.
Noise insulation was poor. Doors slammed, and people talked loudly at night, which woke me several times. The AC did not work (even with windows closed). I asked for repairs, but nothing was done.

helpful staff on-site parking lovely areas easy access
the staff offered assistance, specifically jose luis at reception, who gave helpful advice. i found car parking available on site. public areas looked lovely and maintained. the hotel has a great location with easy access to the city center.
the sauna was closed . i didn't have the chance to use it, a little disappointing.
